Here is an easy tasty recipe ...

Baguette http://www.acebakery.com/bread/white.cfm (the best imho)
mesquite seasoning http://www.clubhouse.ca/en/products/det ... 71fc36c631
Medium shrimp-raw shelled and deveined
Olive Oil

Slice baguette thinly and brush slices with olive oil...gril or bake til toasted. (depending on how many people...will depend on how many slices you need....I usually will do 3-4 per person)
Slice mango in stips around the size of the sliced baguette
Chop garlic. (2 cloves for 4 persons-16 shrimp)
Melt butter (1/4 cup per 16 shrimp)
add garlic and cook on high heat until just starting to turn golden--add shrimp and a generous sprinkle of mesquite spice. Cook until shrimp is pink... remove from heat and spoon shrimp onto sliced baguette (with alittle of the buttery sauce) Top with mango...serve.

I will give this a try sometime this week or this weekend...

Will have to go grocery shopping first!
Crap, which might mean I need to wait for payday on Friday.
So maybe next week :P
