apparently, it's still SUMMER
and someone said it was WAY hotter only a few weeks back
obviously, any sun around, had got to them
not stopped feckin raining for almost two weeks here, only time it do stop, is so the storm can gather itself and blow like fuck :hysterical:
anyhow, I'm trying to fit guttering to the garage, and a water butt so I can gather some of this largesse :P
in other news, also appear to be growing webbed feet

so, to update, fitted guttering to the garage, added a water butt, result, it stopped raining for weeks ffs :hysterical:
but now it is the end of September, and the weather is definitely cooling, and the rain came back, so the garden will not actually be completed this year now, as it is no good, given I can only manage a couple of hours max out there, and doing that in the pissing down rain is not going to happen.
got a few things to sort indoors though, so no rest just yet, need to remove all the timberwork in the attic that supported the header tank, previous owners installed a combi boiler, so the header tank is no longer required, so removed that, the timber has to go too, then can carry on plating out the rest of the available space for shelving, and storage for the shite that has managed to congeal around the bastard house
couple of sockets to alter and some door furniture is failing, so needs to be sorted as well, here's to xmas, for when it DOES arrive, I, for one, will be doing FECK ALL, and can heartily recommend said plan for everyone LOL

so it rained all night here, not going in garden, and the temp is cool enough to go into the attic and remove the timber that was part of the header tank support

WRONG

feck me, it is SO hot up there, have now removed all the timber struts, just got to get the floor plate out, and that is WAY too big to come out of the access hatch, so will need to be 'lost' somewhere up there
going to make me tea, daughter in Uni tomorrow, we are frantically trying to sort out some form of routine after six months of doing feck all :hysterical:

but Liverpool just got lockdown orders, so she will be in the one day, and then it all goes online

again, I believe the forum is at the limit for its images ?
I will be trying to trim some of them off the forum, and will again, fudge the values to give us some leeway
