Yes I have heard Florence....I thought she was Amy MacDonald at first...similar sound.

I listen to Absolute Radio to get some brit influmence...if you have any recommendations for a good online radio from Scotland...I would be interested...although I probably wouldnt understand half of what they are saying

Radio stations are pretty small up here and pretty cheesy.

BBC Radio Scotland is probably the most professional and you would understand them.

Yes...it is kinda odd...but I love the lingo....the "drive home" and traffic snarls clockwise or counterclockwise (we dont have the ring roads here), being "up to date"...and all that stuff.

Just listening to Kate Bush.....which we never here on this side of the pond...plus all the Kings Of Leon (which I heard first when I was in London..) ...we only get Use somebody

and of course the adverts......... iwantoneofthose dot com (which I think is brilliant)

Just wait til I start listening to the Glasgow station.....you will probably be the only one that understands me
