What Historical Picture Would You Take?

Hey... now here's a cool little question!

If you could have a photograph from any point in history what would it be of?

We are talking about one picture from one point in history of average size... lets say A5 (colour obviously)... oh and reasons needed too ;)

I've still got my thinking cap on with this one...

Well, let's see.. Lotta cool historical pics, but most of the ones I'd want to take were already taken by someone -

The Imperial Japanese surrendering to the Allied Forces onboard USS Missouri in Tokyo harbor, Neil Armstrong's famous 'one small step for man', My daughter's birthday...

But if I were to set the wayback machine, I'd probably say I'd like to either photograph the signing of the US Declaration of Independence, or Tesla's design for broadcast electricity.

Why? That's easy - the first has some serious significance to all Americans, the second would make me a TON of money because to date it's neither been developed nor exploited.

Queen Victoria getting nailed by John Brown.

I could sell it and retire.

Hmm I thought you ment that the camera actually had to exist.

Probably the submerged cities in Japan or off the Arabian peninsula. They were supposed to be big cities 10000 years before the Romans got to it.

First true living creature (though I'd need a microscope for that as well as a camera).

Its funny how one of the first moments that came into a lot of my mates heads was the grassy knoll...

One of my other mates suggested a few milliseconds before or after the big bang... (not being a scientist he didn't really know what would be more useful)... I reckon before!

I'd have to say, in no order particularly, these events:

1: the first H-bomb going off after Rosenberg got it all going.

2: the look on Albert Tanenbaum's face when linux took off after Linus had more than just an i286 with a barely running O/S and a floppy disk with a driver that he had to write himself.

3: the building of Stonehenge (since the type of rock that it's made out of is nowhere nearby to be found) and what it was exactly meant to be used for (I'm sure it had more purposes than just a calendar).

4: a picture of the faces of those who witnessed the planes hitting the WTC towers on 9/11 (the people in the ATC and military sectors).
In the world of protection, one thing is for sure: security = 1 / convenience.
