Re: Man food

Yesterday I had a breakfast burrito! Sausage, eggs, salsa, and hot sauce. I skipped the cheese this time...more room for HOT SAUCE!

Re: 98.6

I'm beginning to wonder if Egg wants to delve into some bio-chemical system mechanics such as the temperatures necessary for our body's critical enzymes or cellular functions to function/operate at the rates necessary for our survival...and how our body controls our feelings/comfort to help keep us ...

Re: 98.6

Psychrometrics can explain the operation of the AC/Heater and what other variables would be different with the air - humidity. It can also account for altitude effects, but the data isn't as easy to visualize for this. But just because the "air" is an average of say 72 F, doesn't mean the air right ...

Re: Man food

All this talk of MANFOOD is getting me hungry again. I've been trying to control portions until I can get my first pay check into my bank account (not a local bank so deposits are next to impossible - direct deposit hasn't kicked in yet)...paying rent, deposits, hotel rooms, food, house equipment, a...

Re: This website will self-destruct...

Quite interesting...I'd like to know how we come across the information to retrieve a key from the P2P network, and what it does to prevent someone from requesting and caching all of the keys? By breaking the key up it makes it a bit more difficult for someone to build a rogue client that caches all...

Re: Back on the island

I went out last night for a friend's 21st birthday. He didn't do his 21 run last night, but will do so tonight since there is more time (6 hours instead of 2) and no work for him tomorrow. Unfortunately drinks cost a little more on Tuesday nights, but you only turn 21 once... Enjoy the pool and the ...

Goldschlager will mess you up  Recently I've been experimenting with pork chops (top loin / center-cut, boneless). No complete meals yet, but if you cook it on a teflon skillet for 20 minutes over medium heat (electric stove) it is juicy and amazing. I usually use seasoned-salt put on between f...

I'm done with my BSME! Yay! Now to find a job!  As far as calculus goes...it wasn't until I got into multivariate calculus that I really began to understand it and use it to describe everything. It is useful for all aspects of engineering and sciences despite its limitations. But now nu...

I've done a similar trick before with antivirus software that pops up. Just get to a file menu and force an instance of explorer to start up :D

I hadn't thought of using the help feature though...I suppose I should RTFM next time I'm stuck

Aviary is another one that came from Worth1000.com - since Worth1000's photochop contests strongly source images their products are oriented to be collaborative to produce more derivative works. You don't really get to keep something 100% your own because others could take the idea and modify it and...
